PRODUCTION
- We handle almost every stage of the manufacturing of hoses, shaped pipes and adapters “in-house”, within our 3 production plants. We believe that controlling every stage of production process is crucial to guarantee the high quality of the final product.
- That is why at Caron A&D we keep investing in technologies: every day we are even more independent by developing own
technologies and cooperating with strategic suppliers. In this way we can guarantee a more vertical integration and a tailored service to every customer.

SERVICE

We apply the Lean philosophy to ensure maximum service, and the Caron-te project is the best example to show it. - Our KanBan web platform can interface directly with customers’ and suppliers’ ERP systems.
This allows to easily place orders and manage Just in Time delivery directly to the customer’s production line.

a high-tech hub, that, equipped with the best production technologies for hoses, shaped pipes and adapters, works following the Just In Time strategy.

The head office plays a pivotal role in shaping the company culture. In response to our recent expansion, we have allocated space in Pianezze for the A&D Club, an internal school designed to facilitate the training of new employees and serves as a dedicated area for the study, design and implementation of novel production technologies. These technologies are subsequently deployed in our neighbouring factories.
