The strategy of supplying complete hydraulic systems has transformed Caron A&D from a simple adapters manufacturer to a hydraulic systems supplier. Today we are a leading manufacturer and we can guarantee 100% the hydraulic kits that we produce on our own. By “kit” we mean not only the components to set-up a machine, but also the capacity to supply pre-assembled products.
SHAPED PIPES
With these products we are able to reach the best results that nowadays you can reach on the market, by using the most advanced technologies. We produce the first perfect pieces directly from the client’s 3D drawing, thereby foregoing the need to produce samples or samplings before going into full production. The diameters and surface finishes are those requested by the client as part of a complete range of production.
HOSES ASSEMBLY
These products complement the Caron hydraulic Kits even if, thanks to the development of shaped pipes, today it is possible to produce combined pipes, where the rubber part is directly connected to the metallic shaped part.
These operations, which cannot be carried out with normal crimping machinery, are the result of the study of specific technologies conducted over time in the company.

- We handle almost every stage of the manufacturing of hoses, shaped pipes and adapters “in-house”, within our 3 production plants. We believe that controlling every stage of production process is crucial to guarantee the high quality of the final product.
